Dreams are not enough — your brand needs a strategy!
Many first-time founders make the same mistakes, which often lead to expensive lessons. Here's how to avoid the most common traps:
1. Ordering Too Much Too Soon
Mistake: Producing hundreds of pieces in every size.
Fix: Start small — even 4 pieces per size is enough to test the market, gather feedback, and minimize risk.
2. Skipping the Sample Stage
Mistake: Trying to save time and money by skipping the prototype.
Fix: Always invest in a sample. It helps you fine-tune your design and avoid expensive errors later.
3. Choosing the Wrong Fabric
Mistake: Picking fabric “by eye” without proper consultation.
Fix: Get professional advice and always test your fabrics before committing to production.
4. No Branding or Details
Mistake: Thinking the clothing alone is enough.
Without logos, labels, or packaging, your product may feel generic — or worse, cheap.
Fix: Start with basic branding: logo tags, DTF prints, embroidery, or even a simple woven label. We can help you add all of this as part of the production process.
5. No Sales Strategy
Mistake: You have your clothes… now what?
Fix: Plan ahead! Set up an Instagram profile, choose your sales platforms (Shop, Allegro, Etsy), and arrange a professional photoshoot to present your brand.
Step 6: Labels & Branding
A brand needs an identity. We offer logo label sewing, info labels (size, fabric composition, care), side tags, and hang tags. You can provide your own or have us produce them for you.
Step 7: Ironing & Packaging
Each product is carefully ironed and packed according to your preferences – individually (e.g., in plastic), in sets, or bulk packaging. We prepare your products for shipment to warehouses, stores, or directly to end customers.
Step 8: Shipping & Logistics
We ship completed orders via courier across Poland and the EU. We ensure your products are secure and ready for your sales channel – whether it's online, retail, or dropshipping.
Before You Place an Order – Ask Yourself:
● Do you need a sample first, or want to go straight into production?● What is your minimum order quantity?● Do you already have a pattern and fabric, or do you need help?● Will you be branding your garments (logos, labels)?● What’s your ideal timeline? Will a contract be signed?
Don’t let beginner missteps cost you time and money. Whether you're launching your first hoodie or building a full collection – starting smart makes all the difference.
