4. Order FulfillmentThe minimum order quantity is 4 pieces in the same color and size.
The delivery time depends on the complexity of the project and the quantity ordered. However, the company always sets the deadline individually and adheres to it.
5. PaymentsPayments for orders are made based on the issued VAT invoice.
Payment details are agreed upon individually with the client.
6. ComplaintsComplaints regarding garment quality must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. Each complaint will be considered individually.
