Clothing Production from A to Z – What You Need to Know Before Placing an Order

Before you place your order – understand the process step by step

Ordering garment production is a serious decision – whether you're launching a new brand or expanding an existing one. It helps to understand how the entire process works, what to expect, and what to look out for. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how we handle clothing production in our sewing studio.

Step 1: Pattern Making & Construction

It all starts with an idea. To produce clothing, you need a professional sewing pattern. If you don’t have one, we create it for you – based on a sketch, photo, or verbal description. We can also provide a 3D visualization, giving you a clear view of the garment before the first sample is made.

Step 2: Fabric & Trims Selection

The fabric you choose directly impacts the look, feel, and durability of your clothing. We help you select the right fabric based on your design, season, budget, and brand style. We also advise on all necessary accessories: threads, ribbings, labels, snaps, zippers. You can supply your own materials or let us handle everything.

Step 3: Sample Production

A sample is the first physical version of your product. It helps test proportions, fit, construction, and overall quality. After approval, we can either fine-tune the design or proceed with bulk production. This is a crucial step – skipping it can lead to costly mistakes.

Step 4: Cutting & Sewing

After the sample is approved, we cut the fabric using the final pattern and begin sewing. We produce a wide range of apparel – hoodies, pants, T-shirts, dresses, pajamas, and accessories. We offer small-batch production starting from just 4 pieces per size and color, as well as larger runs.

Step 5: Customization – Prints & Embroidery

Want to stand out? Add DTF prints or computer embroidery. We can help you prepare your design or file and apply it to your garments – whether it's a logo, slogan, artwork, or any branding element.

Step 6: Labels & Branding

A brand needs an identity. We offer logo label sewing, info labels (size, fabric composition, care), side tags, and hang tags. You can provide your own or have us produce them for you.

Step 7: Ironing & Packaging

Each product is carefully ironed and packed according to your preferences – individually (e.g., in plastic), in sets, or bulk packaging. We prepare your products for shipment to warehouses, stores, or directly to end customers.

Step 8: Shipping & Logistics

We ship completed orders via courier across Poland and the EU. We ensure your products are secure and ready for your sales channel – whether it's online, retail, or dropshipping.

Before You Place an Order – Ask Yourself:

● Do you need a sample first, or want to go straight into production?● What is your minimum order quantity?● Do you already have a pattern and fabric, or do you need help?● Will you be branding your garments (logos, labels)?● What’s your ideal timeline? Will a contract be signed?
